This notice explains what Cutlor’s Specialist Cleaning does with the information you provide through this website. It applies to the quote form and to any email or phone enquiry that follows from it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, telephone number, email address and postcode you enter, the service you select, the description of the work you provide, and any optional details you choose to add such as property type, preferred contact method or preferred time. We also record the date and time of the submission and the page it came from, so an enquiry can be traced if something goes wrong with delivery.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, to quote for the work and to carry out that work if you go ahead. We do not use these details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Where work goes ahead, the details are retained for as long as we need them for the job and for the ordinary business and tax record keeping that follows it.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, which pages are visited, and whether people tap the phone number or email address. Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Sending a quote request works the same way either way. Full detail is in the cookie and tracking information.
Separately, we keep a plain tally of how many times each page is viewed and how many people accept or decline optional cookies. It uses no cookie, stores nothing on your device and creates no identifier: your visit becomes part of a number and no record of it is kept. It is never shared with Google or anyone else.
When you send a quote request, a record of that enquiry is also held for us by our website provider, Silver Spider Media Ltd, so that we can see how many enquiries the website produces. It is stored encrypted and used only to answer you and to measure the website.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
